Champion H-Pile Splicer

  • Model: HP30000

The Champion Splicer is a pair of U-shaped plates with flared ends that slip on easily and fit tightly into the two ends of the H-pile. Minimal prep work to the H-pile is required prior to attaching the Champion Splicer. Appropriate corner welds and partial penetration groove welds along the flanges of the splicer are required for attachment.

Size: 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", and 18" H-piles
Benefits: Allows for a SAFE, FASTER and ECONOMICAL solution to splicing H-piles.
Steel Grade: ASTM A572 Grade 50/60 or Special Grade

Super-Bite Point

  • Model: PAR-T

The APF Super Bite point with continuous cutting teeth along the flanges and individual teeth along the web.

Size: This model is available for 10", 12" & 14" H-piles
Benefits: Pre-beveled point which protects the bottom of the H-pile during installation. This model is the most economical of the H-pile point models.

HARD-BITE Point

  • Model: HP-77600-B

The APF HARD-BITE Point with 7 integrally cast cutting teeth, breaks debris and boulders. The teeth cut into ledge rock for full bearing.

Size: This model is available for 8", 10", 12", 14", 16" & 18" H-pile.
Benefits: Pre-beveled point which protects the bottom of the H-pile during installation. This point will usually increase the bearing area of the pile.

HARD-BITE Point

  • Model: HP-77750-B

The APF HARD-BITE Point with 7 integrally cast cutting teeth, breaks debris and boulders. The teeth cut into ledge rock for full bearing. 

Size: This model is available for 10", 12" & 14" H-pile.
Benefits: Pre-beveled point which protects the bottom of the H-pile during installation. Provides a secure toe-hold on sloping rock. Typically, this design will allow for punching through a rock layer for maximum penetration.

Rock Injector Point

The APF Rock Injector point is a heavy duty point which provides dependable H-pile support in difficult ground conditions, especially sloping rock. Comparable to the "Oslo" point.

Size: This model is available for 12" H-pile only.
Benefits: Pre-beveled point provides penetration and gripping into rock to prevent slippage. The center punch design aids in heavy duty driving conditions.
